This project celebrates the textures, silhouettes and forms of our surrounding nature.
Due to their bold and playful approach, my designs are targeted to the brand Habitat. As a homeware store, my objective was to broaden their sales into Fashion. This emphasises the diversity of my designs between both fashion and interior contexts. In addition their abstract and bold style, juxtaposes our high streets current ditsy floral prints; targeting a small gap in the market.
The patterns are inspired by our every evolving 'Outside' and bringing it 'In' our homes, as well as from 'In' our homes to 'On' our bodies in the form of garments. This explains the given title 'Outside-In, Inside-On'.
